These Terms apply in full force and effect to your use of this Website and by using this Website, you expressly accept all terms and conditions contained herein in full. This Website is not for use by any minors (defined as those who are not at least 18 years of age), and you must not use this Website if you a minor.

Freelancify reserves the right to remove any of Your Content from this Website at any time, and for any reason, without notice. Also your basic details that you provide like your name, number and your email address can be shared with others associated with Freelancify and those people/companies can may approach you for anything related and regarding to this Resume-data-filling project.

No warranties

This Website is provided “as is,” with all faults, and Freelancify makes no express or implied representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Website or the materials contained on this Website. Additionally, nothing contained on this Website shall be construed as providing consult or advice to you.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall Freelancify, nor any of its officers, directors and employees, be liable to you for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Website, whether such liability is under contract, tort or otherwise, and Freelancify , including its officers, directors and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this Website.

Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site for any reason or no reason (such cause may include your breach of these Terms). The Company may terminate your membership upon sending notice to you to the email address you provide in your application for membership or such other email address as you may later provide to us or via any other method in its sole discretion. Upon termination of your membership for any reason or no reason any and all points accumulated in any of the Site's programs shall be terminated with no liability to us.

Indemnification

You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Freelancify from and against any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

General terms for using the portal

By subscribing to our portal, you hereby agree to the below mentioned terms and conditions:

All the work processed by a user will be subject to Quality check by Freelancify.
The quality check will be done by the internal Quality check (QC) department of Freelancify. Payout will be processed only after QC department of Freelancify approves the work done by the user as qualified for payment.
Freelancify will not compensate any user for any kind of delay caused due to events such as web server issues, website maintenance and any such other similar events. Freelancify does not guarantees/assures the payment to the user under any circumstances. The onus of payment to the user does not fall on Freelancify under any circumstances/situations.
Payout will be processed only if the user completes minimum 300 (Maximum 700) resumes in 7 days and achieves 50% accuracy in the work done, which as mentioned above will be checked and assessed by the QC department of Freelancify.
User agrees not to use the data given on the portal/website for any other purpose other than copy-pasting in the given fields in the Freelancify's portal.
In case a user’s work accuracy is below 50%, Freelancify may extend the deadline of the user and allow the user to rework and submit with enhanced accuracy. However if the extension is given it will be chargeable which will be 2500/- for 2 days and 3000/- for 5 days. Freelancify reserves the right to decide whether the extension has to be given to the user or not.
Payout will be processed as per below:

Proficient	85% to 90%	INR 60/-
Master	91% to 100%	INR 70/-

Please Note: Payout rates are mentioned per resume. Payout will be made only for accurate resumes. Even the work gets disqualified i.e. below 50% accuracy, Freelancify will pay a minimum amount of INR 2/- for every accurate resume.

Variation of Terms

Freelancify is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review such Terms on a regular basis to ensure you understand all terms and conditions governing use of this Website.

Assignment

Freelancify shall be permitted to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification or consent required. However, you shall not be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, including any legal notices and disclaimers contained on this Website, constitute the entire agreement between Freelancify and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings with respect to the same.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Gujarat, India and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and courts located in Gujarat, India for the resolution of any disputes.
